Advanced booking prior to your arrival is required to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. We do not currently except walk-ins.

Reservations are required for The Yoga Beauty services and treatments. Please call or text 602-568-1875 or book online for your relaxing treatment. 

 

Cancelation Policies

Yoga Cancelation Policy

Please allow 48 hours for in-home group or private yoga sessions, failure to do so may result in a full charge for the appointment. Some exceptions may be made for illness or emergency. 
 

The Yoga Beauty In-Office cancelation policy

Please allow 24hours for TYB in-office appointment cancelations, failure do so may result in full charge of the appointment. Some exceptions may be made for illness or emergency.
 

The Shop Policies, Product Returns, & Shipping

Please Note: Natural and organic beauty products may not be safe for everyone. When introducing new products into your self-care routine, use the patch test methodology on an area of the body, like the wrist, to ensure safe use of the product. If irritation or redness occurs, stop use of the product immediately and consult a physician. 

In an instance when you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase an exchange may be made for another item for equal or higher value within 30 days of the purchase. Past 30 days, no exchanges will be given. Products that have been open and used will be determined based on the amount used. A $20.00 damage fee may apply for used products or items that do not have full purchase packaging. 

We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact TYB for any questions regarding your skincare concerns.

Currently, The Yoga Beauty automatically ships domestic and offers free shipping on orders over $150. You can expect your product 5-10 business days after the shipment has been made. Shipments will be sent on Tuesdays and Thursdays, barring of national holidays. Two-day or express shipping is available upon request accompanied by the appropriate fee. 

 

Refund Policy

Treatments are non-refundable. Treatment packages or unused portions of the packages are non-transferable or non-exchangeable for another time. 

 

Special Consideration

For any guest who has high blood pressure, heart condition, is pregnant or any other medical complications is advised to consult their physicians before signing up for any treatments. Please inform Christa of any existing medical conditions to avoid complications and health problems. Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent for any services.
